30 days or more before departure: 10% of total cost
29 – 20 days before departure: 25% of total cost
19 – 10 days before departure: 50% of
total cost
10 or Less than 10 days
from departure : 100% of total cost.
Few Points to remember for smooth trip :

All efforts will be made to
complete the tour within the stipulated time as per the itinerary, however, we
mayreschedulethesightseeingdayssubjecttoweatherconditions&toensuresmoothexecutionoftours.

We shall not be responsible for
any cancellation of cruise/ boats due to bad weather or for any administrative
reasons beyond the control of ourmanagement.
·
Thevehicleprovidedisasperitinerary(pointtopointbasis)andanyextrausagewillbechargeable.The
same is not available at the discretion of theguest.

Please note at Havelock &
Neil Island there is no card & ATM facility. Kindly carry cash to settle
your extrasbills.
·
Hotelcheck-intimingsareapprox.1000–1200Hours,check-outtimingsareapprox.0800–0900Hours
varies from hotel to hotel. Any request for early check-in or late check out
have to made directly to the hotelandacceptance/denial/additionalpaymentwillbeapplicableasperpoliciesofthehotelmanagement.

Govt ferry shall be provided,
If Pvt ferry is notoperational.

Cruise Tickets & Seats are
subject to availability. Adjacent seats and requested cruise are subject to
availability. We’ll try our level best to provide you requested cruise however
there is nosurety.

We are not responsible for any
loss of any valuable things during the trip, Please take care of baggage counts
alltime.

No refunds will be made for
unused tours, cruise and hotelrooms.
·
No Refund shall be given if no
show due to flight and ferrycancellation.
·
PackedBreakfast,givenintheearlymorning,containsmostlyBread,butter,Jam,andJuiceinatetrapack.
