Cancellation Policy
30 days or more before departure: 10% of total cost,
29 – 20 days before departure: 25% of total cost
19 – 10 days before departure: 50% of
total cost, 10 or Less than 10 days from departure : 100% of total cost.
Few Points to remember for smooth trip :

The above costs are on twin
sharing basis.

Meal plan is mentioned above
·
The above hotels / resorts are
subject to availability. In case of non-availability of accommodation at the
above hotels, equivalent accommodation would be provided.
·
Standard category rooms provided
at all the hotels.
·
AC Sedan for 2 Pax and A/c Innova
6+1 for 4 and 6 Pax will be provided.
·
Non A/c Rooms will be provided in
hill stations.
·
The package cost does not include
air/rail fares, airport tax, entry fees to monuments, guide fees, visa charges,
personal expenses like telephone calls, laundry, soft/hard drinks, meals, tips
and camera fees.
·
Standard hotel
check-in time is 12:00 noon and check out time is 11:00 am. Early check in and
late checkout are subject to availability and applicable charges.
·
If you are looking
for confirmed early check-in OR late check-out, We recommends to book an
additional night.
·
Hot water will be
available on fixed timings as per the hotel policy. Please make sure to clarify
the same at the time of Check in at the hotel.
·
House boats are of
standard category in Alleppy until booked/mentioned specifically. Houseboat
standard check in time is 12:00 noon and check out time is 09:00 am. It would
be in sharing Basis
·
In house boat, AC
will be operational between 9pm to 6am only when it reaches back at its
jetty/anchor point after the sightseeing. While sailing in lake, AC will be
switched off.
·
Cab Service booked
(if any) in the package will be operational from 9AM till 7PM only. Cab will
not be available after this time, until and otherwise mentioned specifically.
·
Cab service will be
provided as per itinerary, not on disposal basis, unless it is not mentioned
specifically, If the customer wishes to go market separately and want to go for
a late evening dinner he has to pay directly to the driver
·
Driver has fixed
working hours and his working time is till 9 AM to 6PM for intracity. For
Intercity transfers driver will make the transfers only, Sightseeing will be
covered if guest reach in time and it is mentioned specifically in the
itinerary
·
Entry of vehicle is
restricted in high density areas. AC in cab will be non-operational in hilly
Areas.
·
Do not forget to
carry a valid government photo ID proof while travelling. Valid ID proofs
include original Passport, aadhar card, voter ID, and driving license.
·
Food booked during
your tour would be by default vegetarian, you need to inform and book in
advance for Non Veg items Meals. MEALS; It would not necessary be Buffet Meals.
It will be Either Buffet (At Hotels discretion, Can not be committed) or on
Fixed Menu Basis

Kerala Traditional
veg and non veg food serves in Houseboat.
·
'Day at Leisure'
essentially implies that no sightseeing/activity is included for that day.
·
Your drivers are
good in driving with a reasonable communication skills, although they hail from
smaller locations and less educated background. At times their mannerisms may
not suit you, request you please maintain a cordial behavior with them.
·
Any personal
expenses such as tips/porter charges, personal drinks/meals unless mentioned in
final voucher (Above), telephone, laundry bills etc.
·
Houseboat will have
preferred schedule timings as it will run on sharing basis. So, Guest has to
reach 30 min prior to check-in time to avoid discrepancies. Hot water will be
available on fixed timings as per the hotel policy. Please make sure to clarify
the same at the time of Check in at the hotel.
·
Houseboats with 24
hours AC are called luxury houseboats which are usually not available on
sharing basis.
